In-Person Community Interpreter Training Course
The Community Interpreter® (TCI) is the leading national entry-level program to train bilinguals to interpret in the medical, educational and social services settings. The Community Interpreter® International national 40-hour certificate program is the ONLY national training program in the U.S. for community interpreters and the leading program for medical interpreters. It promotes national standards and ethics in the interpreting profession and can prepare interpreters to take one of the national medical interpreter certification exams. Do you need CEU'S? This course may qualify!
Carlos Hernandez, licensed trainer of TCII, along with other experienced professional interpreter trainers will present the class, share their insider knowledge and offer individualized feedback. A certificate of completion will be issued upon completion of the final exam.
The course is an investment in your future career as a linguist or similar role. Included in the cost is your textbook, workbook, light breakfast and refreshments, and Certificate of Completion (Tuition does NOT include mandatory language assessment).
